Hotel accommodation is at own expense and to be booked on your own, however, special rates have been negotiated at the conference venue, Novotel Budapest Danube hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to access
  • By plane: Ferihegy Airport is located 20 kms from the hotel.
  • By train: The hotel is situated 2 kms far from the South Railway Station and 5 kms far from the East Railway Station. From these Railway stations take underground M2 directly to Batthyány tér.
  • By car: on M1 and M7 highways straight down towards the Moszkva tér and Bem rakpart.
  • By public transport: take underground M2 directly to Batthyány tér and the hotel is only 150 m away (2 min.) from the station.
